Some of my favorite desserts in the world contain peanuts or peanut butter. Peanut butter fudge, peanut butter cookies, peanut butter cake… oh, the list goes on and on. Not to mention all the delicious candies made with it.
But something occurred to me recently. I’ve never had peanut butter cheesecake! I knew this was something I needed to remedy at once! And this is the result.
It’s rich, decadent, and delicious, but still light enough to serve any time of the year. So good!
